MiProduction was founded with the idea to bring set designs accurately to life.
MiProduction strives to present shows with the highest possible artistic standard and technical expertise all within budget and time constraints. We build relationships and teams very quickly and act upon the technical requirements of any production. We believe through excellent communication and a sympathetic approach to artist requirements we can action effective solutions through what can be the challenging process of the production period. We offer substantial contributions to the various stakeholders and are up to date with best current practice and able to resolve situations swiftly and in a positive and proactive manner.

Meet the founder
Damion has been working professionally in theatre and events for over 20 years.
He has worked across the UK, Europe, and Australia, including opening shows in the West End and Broadway. His most recent work has brought him back to Sydney to establish MiProduction.
Prior to returning to Sydney, Damion worked as the production manager for Melbourne Theatre Company His most notable shows were for Simon Phillips Shakespeare In Love, Twelfth Night starring Colin Hay, Dean Bryant The Lady In The Van starring Miriam Margolyes, and Kiss Of A Spider Woman starring Caroline O'Connor.
Damion's portfolio also extends to site management such as Sydney Festival, Groovin Moo, and Sydney City Council.
The inception of MiProduction has allowed Damion to pursue his passions of production and construction management.
